A Special Called City Council Meeting was held on Monday, August 24, 2009, at 7:00 p.m. at
301 N. Washington Street, City Hall, Upstairs Conference Room, Seymour, Texas 76380.

Call to Order/Roll Call by Mayor Reeves at 7:00 p.m.

Council Present:
Mayor Ronald B. Reeves, Council Member Donald Coltharp, Council Member David Horton,
Council Member Nan Gilbert-Mathis, Council Member Billy Henricks and MPT Sid Winn.

Council Absent:
None

Counsel Present:
Paul Hayers

Staff Present:
City Secretary Conchita Torrez

Regular Meeting Closes at 7:03 p.m., Executive Session begins.

Executive Session closed to the public, pursuant to Chapter 380
of the Local Government Code under §551.074: Deliberation regarding Personnel: City Administrator; regarding Severance Package.

Executive Session closes at 8:10 p.m., public meeting resumes

Take action resulting from deliberation during executive session.
a.) City Administrator

No action was taken after executive session deliberation.

Adjournment

Motion:
Motion made by MPT Winn, seconded by Council Member Nan Gilbert Mathis
to adjourn meeting at 8:11 p.m.
